Cinnamon Oysters
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 85g sugar
- 1 dsp MALTEXO ORIGINAL
- 85g flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch salt
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- Whipped cream
Method
Beat eggs and sugar till thick. Add MALTEXO ORIGINAL and beat again. Fold in sifted dry ingredients. Put in spoonfuls in well-greased patty tins. Bake 10 minutes at 200° C. When cold, split, and fill with whipped cream.
These are delicious, and they improve if made the day before and kept in tin without the cream.
