Chocolate Biscuits
Ingredients
- 225g butter
- 115g sugar
- 1tsp MALTEXO ORIGINAL
- 1 egg
- 115g dark chocolate
- 285g flour
- 1tsp baking powder
Method
Cream butter and sugar, add MALTEXO ORIGINAL and mix well. Mix in well-beaten egg. Add sifted flour, baking powder and chopped chocolate. Roll mixture into balls and flatten with a fork.
Bake at 190° C for 15 minutes.
